Canadian Careprost adhere's to the strictest standards to ensure we can guarantee delivery of your order to the home address you entered into the shipping field. Please use your tracking number to watch the progress of your order.

Please enter the address of your home, where you will be available to receive your order.
Customers who choose to enter a business address, P.O box, re-ship companies or any non-residential address are responsible to ensure they track their package and are available to receive it the day it is delivered.

Order's scanned as delivered are complete on our end. If you can not find your package or know who received it you are responsible at this point. If you can not find your order, believe it is mis-delivered or stolen please contact your postal service and ask for guidance.

Due to an overwhelming amount of fraudulent claims attempting to get a second order free our policy is to not reship orders confirmed by the delivery service or postal service as "Delivered". GPS Scans confirm the address delivered to and if the delivery service has made a mistake they will open a claim for the receiver.

Please allow up to 24 hrs for order processing. If you do not receive your Tracking E-mail in your Inbox soon after payment processing - your email security may view your Tracking # as spam and block it - send us an email and we'll forward your email to you. We're happy to make your day a little easier.

Please ensure you have enter your correct residential address in shipping. The address you enter automatically creates your shipping label and is where your order will be delivered.
Canadian Careprost can not be held responsible to replace order's not received due to customer error, incorrect address or no one at address accepting the package when delivered. We are as eager for you to receive your order and are happy to take care of any shipping problems. If Canada Post Scans your order as "Return To Sender" "Recipient not at address" "incomplete address" we must wait until the product we shipped is returned before being able to refund or reship.

Damaged During Shipping:

We successfully ship lash serums daily with no confirmed complaints of damage. We ask that any reports of damage be reported the moment your product arrives accompanied by photos of the shipping container, receipt, box and product. In cases where damage occurs during shipping a claim can be made with the shipping company but we must provide evidence of such and can not proceed with reship until we have received this from our customers. We appreciate your attention.
